This section is for Course Coordinators and Instructors to register courses and submit rosters via the OEPR web-based system.

All levels of EMT courses, refreshers, and EMS Driver courses must be approved by the OEPR prior to instruction and a course roster must be submitted upon completion. This site may be used to request course approval and to enter course roster and course completion information. Traditional forms for submitting this information may be obtained from the manual forms link located under the Instructor Login above. 

A user ID and password are required for web site entry.  If you do not have a user ID and password, please complete the Instructor Login Request form which may be obtained from the manual forms link located under the Instructor Login above.

Upon login, course coordinators may submit a request for a course, and coordinators or instructors may enter roster information. Please enter as much information as possible for each participant and follow the prompts given.
